• underage, youth-appearing, or exploitative content;
• coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual content;
• impersonation or misleading identity claims;
• stolen or unauthorised media;
• harassment, threats, blackmail, or abuse;
• illegal services or unlawful offers;
• malware, phishing, scraping, spam, or automated abuse;
• publication of another person's private information without permission.

Escortly UK may investigate suspected breaches and may cooperate with law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Escortly UK may review content, reports, account activity, and technical signals to protect the platform, its users, and the public.

Escortly UK may reject, edit, suspend, remove, de-index, preserve evidence, or restrict access where content or behaviour appears unsafe, unlawful, abusive, copied, misleading, spammy, or otherwise contrary to site rules.

7. Content licence

You keep responsibility for the content you submit, but you grant Escortly UK a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, watermark, process, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, and promote the platform.

This licence continues for as long as reasonably required to run the service, preserve moderation history, handle disputes, or meet legal obligations.

8. Payments and paid features

Escortly UK may offer paid platform features such as featured placement, subscriptions, or promotional tools.

Unless the law requires otherwise, fees for platform features are non-refundable once the feature has been supplied or activated. Escortly UK may refuse or cancel transactions where abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy breaches are suspected.

9. Public contact and reports

Escortly UK provides a dedicated report route for content or safety concerns, including underage concerns, coercion, trafficking indicators, impersonation, illegal content, image misuse, and non-consensual material.

10. Availability and disclaimers

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
